BMU System – Roof Carriage Unit
The function of roof carriage is to position Cradles in front of the facade. Essentially, the functions of the BMU determine the range of the system. So, in order for the BMU to reach all the places that need cleaning, maintenance or repairs, BMU need to be made to fit a particular roof.

BMU System – Parapet Mounted
This System has same function as Roof Carriage System only difference is that is installed on Parapet of the Building instead of the Roof.
Less Space Clearance required for the System as compare to Roof Carriage Unit.

DAVIT SYSTEM
Davits are designed to Undertake the cleaning using Double Suspension cradle or Single Suspension Platforms.
Davit Sockets are installed on RCC roof or Parapet at a distance of 2.5 Mtrs C/C as per site condition.
The Distance of the Socket can be engineered as per Site.
Height & Outreach of Davit can be customized as per user requirements.
Cradle can be Parked on Terrace Using High Mast Pair of Davits.
Suitable for Low Rise to Mid Rise Buildings with max. Outreach for Davit 2.5 Mtrs.

JIB SYSTEM
JIB System is cost effective version of Davit System, Made up of Aluminium I profile.
The system can be dismantled and reinstalled with minimum efforts.
It can be mounted on Roof or the parapet with a strong structure.
Cost effective and time saving solution.
Cradle Parking Will be at ground Floor only so not advised to use when cradle is required to park at Terrace level.
Jib Brackets/Sockets need to be installed on same distance as cradle suspension Point (2.5 Mtrs C/C ideally)

Traversing Davits System
Davit Jib Trolleys or Traversing Davits are economical version of Roof Carriage/Parapet Mounted BMU Systems.
Mounted on Twin track at terrace or Parapet Cum .
Safe and efficient for exterior maintenance i.e. cleaning, sealing, and glass replacement.
Cost Effective & low Maintenance System.
Comes with Both Manual Push & Motorized versions.
Monorail System
Monorail systems are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Monorails are ideal for medium-rise buildings with complicated designs and hard-to-reach facades.
A monorail system basically consists of two parts: the rails and a trolley which moves over the rails.
A monorail system can be fixed to a building’s face , parapet or ceiling, which makes this system able to tackle even the most complex routes.
Monorail systems can be fitted with a hoist for lifting glass panels, which makes window replacements a lot easier.
The trolley for horizontal movement can be operated with an electric motor or manually. The track can follow the contours of any Building or Structure.

Double Suspension Cradles
The main advantage of this flexibility is that it ensures the Cradles can easily be parked.
In addition, it ensures that the Cradle can be lowered through a narrow space.
Designed from a user’s view point, the User-friendly Cradle comes with several innovative functions that effectively deal with the drawbacks of working at heights inside a Cradle.
The Double Suspension Cradles are deigned to carry 240 Kgs working loads.
Type of Cradles :
- Standard Cradle – Standard Cradle is 2.5 m wide platform but the width can be customized to meet special requirements, if necessary.
- Swiveling Cradle – Used for 90 Degree rotation to Access Negative façade from 0.8 m to 1.0 m distance.
- Pod Cradle/Baby Cage Cradle – Customized Cradle with Extension in front of Side frame towards Façade line to access Negative façade.
- Articulated Cradle – Used to access the façade up to 3.5 Mtrs of Negative Elevation.

Single Suspended Platforms
Chair Hoist System
- Accommodates single person.
- Best suited for Constraint Areas where Double suspension Platform is not Feasible.
- The Chair Hoist comes with compact design as compared to Single suspension Cradles.
- The Safe Working Load of the Chair Hoist is 120 Kgs.
Single Suspension Cradle
- Accommodate single person with tools & tackles.
- Best suited for Constraint Areas where Double suspension Platform is not Feasible.
- The Width of Single Suspension cradle is approx. 1.4m.
- The Safe Working Load of the Single Suspension Cradle is 150 Kgs.
Eye Bolt System
- EYE BOLTS are the Most Economical System in Façade Access Industry.
- Eye bolts made out of Forged High Tensile Steel and heat treated after manufacturing process and finished with zinc plate coating or it can be forged in SS 304/316 if required by User.
- System is deigned accordance to BS EN 795 Standard for 15 kN Loadings .
- Length of the Eye Bolt Can be customized as per User requirements.
- A Pair of Eye Bolts is used at Interval of 1.2 M C/C to use with Spiderman for effective cleaning.
